Who I Am
Hello! I’m Shakibul Alam, an IT Infrastructure Engineer currently working as a Level 2 Support professional.
My career began in technical support, where I learned the importance of maintaining uptime, solving user problems efficiently, and building stable systems. Over the years, I’ve grown into managing enterprise infrastructure — from server deployment to network optimization and cloud integration.
What I Do
I handle infrastructure operations including:
• Installing & managing Windows Server 2019/2022
• Maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
• Managing Office 365, Exchange Online, and hybrid mail flow
• Working with Hyper-V & VMware virtualization
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving system incidents
• Implementing network security, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls
My Mission
I believe great IT infrastructure should be invisible — when systems just work, everyone else can do their jobs better.
I share my experience through this blog to help others in the IT support and infrastructure field grow their skills.
